- Anyone experiencing any wakeup lag when using SDCard with Remix OS?
- Does the SD card mount fix work for remix aswell?
- Does it remove windows partition when I flash Remix OS?
I had problems with my 128 GB Samsung card but now it only lags when waking up.

1- Open a administrator terminal and go t the intel flash utility directory
2- Copy the contents of the twrp zip file in this direcory
3- Boot into DNX fastboot mode. You have to turn on the tablet pushing Vol + and – and the power button at the same time
4- Connect the usb cable to PC.
5- In the terminal run:
fastboot boot loader.efi6- Wait for the android fastboot screen and run:
fastboot flash recovery (name of the recovery file)u can rename it recovery.img so the cmd will be

May 16, 2016 at 11:26 am #37533May 16, 2016 at 12:17 pm #37537I today installed the RemixOS 2.0 rom from the jide website in my A5C8. The method that worked for me was do a fresh install of mirek’s v3.0 rom. select option 2 in mirek’s installation script, it deletes all your existing data. and when mirek’s rom boots to the android setup screen, don’t do any thing, and install the RemixOS using the intel flash tool. After installation, and android icon with rotating cube runs for about 10 mins, and then the RemixOS boot screen for another 5 mins.
Experiences so for, the graphics works better with this rom. I use a painting app, in mirek’s rom there used to be a 1 second lag after I draw and the line to appear in the screen. In this rom, the lag is significantly less, but not as instant as in ios.
There are few other problems also, because of which I am planning to revert back to mirek’s rom. I reported these issues in the xda remixos forum. http://forum.xda-developers.com/remix/supported-devices/teclast-x98-plus-play-music-stops-t3380215
Pasting it here.
In my teclast x98 plus dual-boot tablet. I recently installed remix-os 2.0.
When I run play-music, and if I turn off the screen using the power button, the music stops, no automatic os reboot happens. But if I let the screen turn off by itself after sometime, the music stops, and also the remix os reboots.Another wifi related problem, wifi doesn’t connect automatically, when I open the tablet after sleep.
Also sometime after reboot, I am not able to turn on the wifi at all, it is like the wifi driver itself crashed, and the tablet looks like it doesn’t have any wifi hardware.May 16, 2016 at 3:22 pm #37557jus rooted with Root.X98Plus.V3.0.by.spzjulien (root with tweaks )root was sucessfull.but nw i get this ENGENIRING TESTING VERSION written on top .and it keep shifting ,sometime on task bar or on top left side of the display
Did you try flash the original boot.img after root to get rid of the message ?
Did you tried to root or install an update.zip file with twrp ? If it worked i will use the twrp method to root with the official superSU.zip file.

May 16, 2016 at 10:25 pm #37604I still have not gotten TWRP to work at all. I followed some guide and flashed it but when I tried to get back to recovery I would just get the andriod with the ! in the triangle.
Can’t remember the link either, a little help would be appreciated.

Either in this thread, either in the thread about custom rom spzjulien.

May 28, 2016 at 5:00 am #38875Hi everyone,
I tried to install Remix OS on my 3G (A6C9) but I just can’t get it flashed.
I downloaded and unzipped Remix OS 2.0 from the Jide Website, installed the Intel Platform Flash Tool and the drivers, then flashed Mireks V3 via his .bat and let it boot to the language setup screen.
When I now start the flash tool, I can choose the flash.json file and so on, but the flash tool just doesn’t recognize the tablet so that it won’t flash the file.
In DnX-Mode the tool recognizes the tablet, but then I get an error like “flash tool does not know how to reboot the device” or something like that.
So I’m currently stuck on Mireks V3, which is really great (especially compared to the stock ROM), but I would love to try Remix OS.
Any ideas what I should try? Thank you!
