It looks great, i saw an other os that could be installed, but it’s a alpha version, and we must wait, because some fonctions are not available : http://www.phoenixos.com/

Did someone use mirek v5 before without any problem or crash? I wanted to know, because if there is any problemes i will retrograde to v5, yesterday i had 5 freeze , black screen, doesn’t respond and sometimes reboot. With google chrome, spotify or any apllications, it looks like a memory problem, the application frezze and the system begins to be unstable.

I was using v3 before upgrading to v6 and it was working great. V6 continues to freeze and glitch. Im waiting for an update, otherwise i will move back to v3, i have no idea about v4 and v5.

LOL I’m interested in the Remix too!!

Since Pro and Plus are only a CPU difference, I think it’ll work. I actually wanted to try it out today but I encountered a problem. I’ve already downloaded the installation file but it doesn’t look like the usual version of Remix OS which can be booted from usb drive. It looks like it needed to be flashed with some kind of android flashing tool. I’m still googling on this, do you have any idea?

Sorry forgot to update here. I checked your link and I think I won’t be flashing it since I clean installed Windows only ever since I got the tablet. I’m afraid it might mess up my windows. The main reason I wanted to try Remix is that it can be booted from usb so it won’t take up space. I think I’ll just wait for something to come up :]

    Nothing to do.

I’ve intalled REMIXOS for PLUS but touchscreen doesn’t work.

I’ve tried to replace boot.img with mirek one but it doesn’t work

Touchscreen doesn’t work on OS selection too so should be something else the bios load on bootstrap.

Don’t know if firmware.bin from MIREK could solve this issue or any other file.

    Anyone know?

simply launch mirek tool but don’t choose anything.

connect the tablet in dnx mode and verify it has been recognized.

Now you can use intel tool.

try rayan method (post above yours) and let us know if it works (touchscreen and other)

boot.img is loaded by system after boot selection.

acpi issues occur after bootstrap so i think i firmware related.

there are several bin files in the mirek rom but i don’t know wich one is loaded at bootstrap.

    we need mirek advice
