Check your display preferences and adjust the zoom.

If you don’t use any zoom (and put 100%), nothing will be blurry, but you’ll see that the resolution makes everything really small and somewhat hard to use with fingers.

According to this video you have to:

1. Make a booteable usb with the windows disc image in rufus software
2. Delete ALL partitions and install windows
3. Install all drivers with DoubleDrive software
4. Install the driver/patch to make the touch panel works well
