Remove Locked apps of sites, I want to REALLY close

When I close my tablet after using it, I see all my open apps when press on the square icon at the bottom right.I then click on “close all”…. but….

a few of the apps can be seen still open with an icon of of a closed lock on the top right corner. The ATTACHED PICTURE  f.e. shows the open QR page, and there are several others.

I never locked any page, but they are there and I would like to close ALL OF THEM, when I close my tablet. I could not find any setting that locks or unlocks them

How do I get rid of locked open apps on my M40?
