    Would like to remove windows 10 and just have android running, the tablet is useless with SD cards and not worth my time to try fixing it.

    I’m hoping to cut my losses, get more memory and just let my kids use it as an Android tablet for games etc.

    Use Mirek rom V3 . It has an option to wipe out windows (or to minimize it to only 8gigs not sure). You will also get Mirek rom for android which is faaaaantastic.
