Replacement back casing for HI12, where to buy?

My recently purchased Chuwi HI12 barely surived a fall from the table and now I’m hunting for a replacement for the cracked digitizer screen and for the aluminum back casing which has a dented edge. Contacting both  Chuwi and the vendor resulted in a game of verbal ping-pong with each one suggesting I should message the other so I sort of realized I’m on my own in this matter. The digitizer screen seems to be available from a couple of Aliexpress vendors but not the back housing. Has anybody ever been able to find a replacement rear case for any Chuwi tablet? I’d appreciate the vendors address, maybe I could talk him into ordering a HI12 casing for me. And, btw, has anybody replaced the digitizer on a HI12? I hear some replacement digitizers are already bonded on a plastic frame, so one doesn’t need to go through the messy process of separating the cracked old digitizer from the tablet body. Is this true for the HI12?

Try Aliexpress, I use them for parts. Just recently replaced a Chuwi Vi10 Plus screen glass/digitizer.

Thanks Chris, I contacted the vendor who sold me the tablet on Aliexpress a secod time, took some time to get an answer, probably cause they had to contact Chuwi about the replacement parts. Apparently they can get the digitizer and back casing for me but it will cost me around 100$ (+22%VAT + 15-20€ for the privilege of having the parcel opened and checked by the local customs) . I paid the tablet 216€ + 65€ VAT and customs fee, so paying half of that sum on top of that for the digitizer and back casing doesn’t seem like a good deal (might as well sell the damaged tablet for parts and  buy a brnd new one). Thankfully the tablet is still working and the cracks on the digitizer don’t extend over the working surface of the display (yet). I’ll keep using the tablet in it’s present condition and hunting for cheaper parts on Ebay or Aliexpress. Hopefully replacement parts will start appearing in online stores, the product has been on the market for eight months and I imagine the demand for spare components will only increase with time.
