    Hi,

I got an Alldocube X tablet about 18 months ago and recently the battery expanded and it needs to be replaced.  It’s out of warranty so Banggood won’t help me and Alldocube don’t want to know.

I have found replacement batteries that meet the specification of the battery that came with the tablet but the problem is the connection that the batteries have to connect to the tablet don’t match mine.  Most batteries seem to have two wires coming out of the battery but the Alldocube X has a circuit board strip that is embedded into the side of the battery. Could I transfer the circuit board strip over to the new battery? It just comes down to connecting a + and a – but I don’t know if it’s possible.

My alldocube x got a puffed up battery too, had to open it to relieve the stress on the screen. Not much luck finding a replacement battery which is a shame as it should have a good year or so left of usefulness. Probably cheaper to get something like a Kingpad than to hunt for a battery.
