Replacement keys for the Mi Notebook Pro 15.6″?

While trying to switch the y and z keys on my Mi Notebook Pro 15.6″ (MX150 model) to get something closer to a QWERTZ layout I unfortunately broke one of the tiny plastic parts below the keys which hold the keycaps in place (see https://i.imgur.com/rLKxUZ3.jpg). Does somebody know a reputable source/seller where I can buy replacement keys for this notebook? I only found a few offers for replacement keyboards on AliExpress so far but those seem like aftermarket ones to me so I am not sure if they are identical to the original ones.
