I was trying to install Windows 10 x86 and while searching came across rEFInd Boot manager. I tried to install the boot manager over existing Windows 10 x64 installation thinking it would allow for x86 installer to start but unfortunately the table is hard bricked now.
If someone can take backup of their bios and provide me than it would be of great help, as i am no where getting the bios files for this tablet on internet.

No i cant’t enter the UEFI and tablet is dead no charging light nothing. I will be trying to flash the Bios through external usb flasher by opening the tablet.
I have attached a utility herewith (Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0) which can take backup of bios under windows. Anyone with a working ezpad mini 3 kindly take backup of their bios through attached utility and post here.November 11, 2016 at 7:05 am #56731

Ok so after great searching i came across a method which will be successful for taking backup of BIOS in UEFI based systems as is our’s tablet.
First go to this page – https://justpaste.it/FlashBiosViaUEFI and prepare usb thumb drive as instructed. In place of FPT.EFI32 and fparts.txt provided in that page use fpt64.efi and fparts provided by me in attachment (as ezpad mini 3 is having a 64 bit UEFI and not a 32 bit one).
The web page indicated above shows procedure for backing up and flashing of bios both but here we will be taking back up only (so we will be placing fpt64.efi and fparts.txt only in thumb drive and not bios.bin) and running “fpt64.efi -D MyOriginalBios.bin” this command only.
once you have Bios saved to your thumb drive you can share that here. The procedure is some what lengthy and tedious but i hope someone will attempt and share the ezpad mini 3 bios for helping me and others also.November 12, 2016 at 10:37 am #56814
shashank tyagi thanks for the job.
I was blocked in efi mode, while trying to backup Jumper Ezpad 5S. What can be wrong? See picture, with several attempts!
Nice, I get it!
I just rename “Fpt.efi -D MyOriginalBios.bin” > ” Fpt64.efi -D MyOriginalBios.bin ”
And voilà! See second pic.
