The new system is probably best for you, download it from here onto the PC you’re going to use to fix your Vi10 and then extract it. Run the run_me.bat file and follow the instructions. You can skip the SD card if you want to.

You might have a BIOS that the utility doesn’t support, if you put a micro SD card into the tablet when directed then some files should be generated on it that will let me know what’s going wrong (then I can probably make it work for you).

OK, thanks. You are using a BIOS that is recognised and the utility is not seeing any issue with your BIOS related USB settings.
Can I ask did you change a BIOS setting before USB stopped working or did it just happen on its own?

i am not sur, i am go in the bios option for reinstall windows but i m not sur if i have modified bios or not.

actually keyboard and usb dont work, my partition of windows is deleted and only android boot .

I think just about everyone who’s come here has disabled USB as part of trying to install an OS so that sounds par for course.
One of the first things people tend to try is flashing Android using Intel’s Manufacturing Flash Tool, which clears the partition table entries for Windows and results in Windows disappearing (and doesn’t fix the USB BIOS settings anyway).

The keyboard and mouse you are using, are they individual devices or one composite one?
Are you connecting them directly to the tablet or through a hub?
Have you tried all the USB ports?
Have you tried another keyboard and mouse?

i have test with a separed mouse and keyboard and with combined mousse keyboard

i have test with hub and with otg hub.

When you tried the individual mouse/keyboard was the official keyboard still docked?
What was the reason you wanted to re-install Windows?

I don’t know, Gary suggested it might be possible here.
BTW you didn’t need to use TWRP if you had a working rooted Android.

If you use the boot menu on the Vi10 and select Windows where do you end up? If it’s shell it would be possible to flash from there (even without USB).

I’m just wondering if there’s an extra setting on your revision of the hardware that affects USB.
Any chance you could try this please:

1. Install ES File Explorer File Manager from the Play store.
2. Install Terminal Emulator for Android from the Play store.
3. In ES File Explorer enable Root Explorer (it’s under Tools)
4. In ES File Explorer go to Local, “/ Device”, “data” and select “+ New” Folder and name it “setup”
5. In ES File Explorer place this file into “/data/setup”.
6. In Terminal Emulator type “su” followed by enter and grant the permission.
7. In Terminal Emulator type “cd /data/setup” followed by enter.
8. In Terminal Emulator type “./d” followed by enter.
9. Send me back ONLY the generated “/data/setup/uefi_var.bin” file.
