Reset tablet problem… a5c8

Hello everyone,

today, I tried to reset the tablet.

In the Android partition I had no problem, I went to SETTINGS / BACKUP AND RESTORE / FACTORY DATA RESET and the tablet has restarted successfully …
The Windows partition I had a problem, (I can not remember what I did, because I have windows 10 only in teclast and I’m not very practical in this os) I found RESET PC and I followed the wizard .. Everything worked correctly, but when the process has arrived at 55% it is stuck! …  I restart the tablet (holding down the power button) and the tablet has stopped working, it remains the TECLAST logo, and does not work any of the two partitions!
I tried to start the partition Android by bios, but it does not work…

Now I do not know what to do, I think the best option is format the tablet, and reinstall Android and reinstall windows … but do not know how … can anyone help me?

I was able to run the Android partition, now the problem is windows … there is some backup online? to restore windows partition?

Just install a clean ISO. Make sure you have the drivers and the a usb hub (to connect flash drive and mouse\keyboard)

you can give me a brief tutorial to explain how to do? I own a USB hub
