    Someone, either the factory or the eBay seller, went through the initial setup and set up user accounts etc (and did a poor job of applying a screen protector, but that’s another story) so being a neat freak I decided to factory reset both OS’es so I can have a completely clean start.

    Android went fine.

    Windows, I went through the reset/refresh routine, it got to “Resetting this PC 85%” and it’s been stuck there for half an hour.
    Anyone know if it’ll eventually finish? Wondering whether to leave it overnight or something.

    Never mind, it moved in the end. For future reference it took about an hour, maybe 90 mins. Onto “Installing Windows” now!
