    HI,

    I reset my windows 10 on teclast x98 plus II from the windows settings, it asked that the tablet to be in charger. After an hour the tablet restart then I choose windows, it starts with “Resseting this PC” it reached 30% and it stuck for 2 hours. what can I do ? should I power off ?

    No. Don’t disconnect the charger, but see if the power button is responsive.

    It may then continue or reboot itself.
