    Hi all how do i reset android without messing with windows? i want to reset after i flashed a mirek v4 then v3 and noticed that after flashhing v3 1 gig was missing which was presumably old v4 files that didnt get deleted so how do i completely reset the files on android and then reinstall it with mirek v3? i am on a x98 air 3g 64gb c5j6(although on the back it says c8j6 on everything else it says c5j6)

    If you want to do a “factory reset”, do the following:

    1. Power off the device.

    2. Hold the POWER and VOL — down until you see the Droidboot screen, the release both buttons

    3. Use the VOL + or –  until you have hilighted the word  Recovery in yellow.

    4. Press the POW button momentarily. The device will boot to the recovery menu.

    5. Use the VOL + or – to highlight Wipe data/Factory reset

    6. Press the POW button momentarily. Confirm you wish to reset the device.

    7. Your Data partition will be reset. Reboot to android and all settings and apps have been wiped.
