Restart hanging after clean Windows 10 install

I had to do a clean windows 10 install from a media usb having bricked my hi8 trying to merge partitions. The install went fine however I’m having issues installing drivers using doubledriver. While going through the various driver installs I’m asked to restart, when I do this the blue restart screen hangs indefinitely with the circle going round. If I turn the tablet off and try turning it back on it runs the black chuwi screen and the a white circle starts under the chuwi logo and this then runs indefinitely as well.

I’ve done the clean install a couple of times as this is the only way to get out of the hang. Any ideas on what going wrong?

Did you ever solve this? I am experiencing the same thing. I have removed all the partitions and started anew. The fresh install (using a MS’s recent 1511 version made into a UEFI boot image with Rufus i.e. not a Chuwi image) boots fine initially, just without most of the drivers. Using DD or manually it hangs and power cycling it results in it not booting. It’s a pretty slow process re-installing it each time to find out what’s going on.

Does this have something to do with OP’s question?

OP, try to install the os with a new disk or ISO file. it seems the installation file was corrupted.

Try to disable Driver Signature Enforcement:

Without disabling it, installing any unsigned drivers will cause blue screen. I hope this might fix your problem.
