    Hi

First, did you try the drivers in the download section if this site.

Second how long have you had Win 10 installed?  If more than thirty days supposedly you can not revert back to the prior OS.

Third if less than thirty days, go to Settings / Update & Security / Recovery  there you will see “Go back to an earlier build” the rest is self-explanatory

    Addendum:

Once you revert back to Win 8.1 do an image backup of the Vi10 of both the android and windows installs.  I used Macrium Reflect, there is a free version which will work.  This way you can always go back to your last working backup and do them often.

Hi, i tried lots of drivers including on the section on this site and the official website of chuwi. Tried to install it manually as well but still no good. Im not quite sure if its more than 30 days as im just helping a friend but I did checked under update & security and I wasnt able to find recovery to go back to earlier build which I did on a regular laptop. That was actually the first thing i tried to look for on this tablet and since I wasnt able to find it I pressume it could be more than 30days already?

I will try Macrium thanks. I also upgraded the bios as ive read somewhere here that it could help with the driver updates but unfortunately it didnt. So i guess I only have two options left either install a fresh new OS(win8/win10) or maybe wait for another driver update?( I just cant get why the drivers doesnt work) is it maybe because of a bad image during the update? didnt you encounter any problems with the driver after updating your OS?

Sorry I could not be of help.  It is odd no recovery option, under settings. Can you get a hold of an ISO of Insider Preview Build 10565 (you can use any Win 7 or Win 8.1 key to activate this build), it may clear up the driver problem.

That’s good.  Where did you get your Vi10 from, Other than a few self inflicted problems which I recovered from, I have not had any problems like you and some others have.  I bought mine at Gearbest, but I read a few horror stories about them from people bought from there and else where.  There seems to be no quality control.  Is it Chuwi or the vendor who configure the Vi10?

This is actually a friend’s device which he said he bought online. His main issue was after upgrading to windows 10 all the drivers got messed up. I have Vi10PQ64G2215090**** , do we have the same model? I still have problem with sounds, touch drivers. Would you mind sharing your drivers I mean if we got the same serial. If it still fails maybe its the image of windows 10 so my last option would be this http://techtablets.com/forums/topic/chuwi-vi10-pro-64gb-fix-restore-etc/. Thanks.

    Hi

It’s 4:30 am here in New Jersey, I just got home, I had a long night at a client to get them back up and working.  I will check later after I get some sleep and let you know.
