Safe way to delete and resize partitions

Hi everyone, i just bought my chuwi vi8 and registered at this forum. it’s probably going to take around two months to arrive at my home, but i’m already searching information about it. I don’t want to use android with this device, just windows. I’ve seen that you can’t just delete these partitions with EaseUS partition, for example, that will mess with the other partitions. Is there any safe way to delete all the data, system, cache and user partitions from Android? Thanks.

This tablet has a GPT formatted drive. What you need to do to install Windows 8.1 is to use diskpart to delete all partitions, and then create a new EFI, MBR and Primary partitions. This will let you have Windows 8.1 with the maximum amount of space on the tablet.
