I saw the spec of M.2 version in this site http://www.legitreviews.com/samsung-evo-850-msata-m2-ssd-review_160540
If I am not wrong, it is 2280 type which is not compatible with i7. It must be 2242 type.

For that 2242 form factor, I am able to find only the mydigitalSSD branded M.2 SSD. The 128GB is around $50 but when looking for a 256 GB one, it is around $90-$100 range. But the problem is that these SSDs are value SSD and based on really old Controller and does not offer good performance, specially for Write. All the other popular brands like the one from Samsung, Crucial or ADATA, not able to find a 2242 size. Can you provide some suggestions
