    Hi,

    I have an Hi10.  All of a sudden the screen and keyboard don’t respond.

    It boots into windows fine and I can get into the Boot and Bios menus using the volume keys.  I just cant do anything once I get there as no inputs are working.

     

    USB mouse not recognised either.  What are my options?

     

    Had a look through the forum but cant find a similar issue, thanks in advance for any help!
