I hope you can help.
After I connected a reflex camera on my brend new Chuwi HI12 i’m experiencing that the display goes black with a ring of backlight. It now does it even if nothing is connected and its a bit random. at times the screen stays normal for hours and then ,after using the standby button, it comes again.
See the pic to see how it looks.
After it does that the screen works fine for a while.
do you think is a software problem?
I checked and the Bios seems to be already the latest.

BTW when it happened the first time the battery was at 30%
