Screen goes off when loading OS

Hi Good People,

My issue is that the tablet screen goes off completely when the OS(Android or Windows) is loading.

I recently received it from gearbest, and I was exploring the windows in “tablet mode” while charging( a mistake I came to learn). I was also connected to WiFi and using the Internet. I noticed a sluggishness and decided to soft reboot from the windows. The tablet didn’t respond. I had to force shutdown and charge for a while.

Now my issue is the screen going completely blank once the OS to load is selected. I can tell that Android is up and running with the screen off by simply tapping the keyboard and hearing those familiar lollipop sounds…As for windows, nothing at all..

Can anyone point me to some solutions please?

Swithin, you can hear a sound in Windows if you connect any USB device. But apparently, your Windows do not load. Therefore, it is possible to try to flash OS.
