I have a problem with my new X98 air 3G (C5J6 ). Its normally no problem ( because the g-sensor corrects it ), however its a real problem for me when I use the HDMI cable or connect with Screen Mirroring to my TV as the picture is inverted compared to the tablet.
I use the tablet in an original teclast plastic holder with the bluetooth keboard and the tablet only mounts one way ( with the forward camera top right, connectors top left ) otherwise the holes for camera, speakers and buttons are in the wrong place.

The moment I cannect a device ( TV ) using the HDMI cable ( or connect using screen mirroring ) the tablet display turns upside down ( with TV correct way round ).

I have noticed that if I look at the screen settings ( without hdmi connected ) it shows Landscape ( flipped ). This is with the tablet mounted in its case/holder.
Surely it should be recognised as Landscape.

Using android its all orientated correctly including when using HDMI out so it seems to be a windows system issue ?

Contacted ‘Dealsmachine’, where I bought it and they seem keen for me to send it back to them for replacement or repair and have alternatively offered me a 20% refund to fix ‘locally’. Do they know that this problem existed before they sent it out ??

Having now sorted out other minor issues, bought accessories and installed purchased software I dont want to send it back to China.

Hope someone can help me with this problem.
