Hi, I got a big problem with my teclast X5. On boot up the screen stays dark most of the time. If I hook up an external monitor I can see that the computer is running normal. The tough screen is working, but the tablet screen stays dark. If the screen light up (for what reason I do not know) is keeps working until next reboot.
I reinstalled windows from restore, from the files here on techtablets and from a new windows installation usb stick. (3x) Since I do not even get to see the bios setting I do not think windows is the problem. I tried different settings in the bios without success.
Any ideas what I could do.
