Screen with 'ghost touchs'

Hello!

My Teclast X98 Air 3g (C5J8) started to give problems! 🙁
Since the beginning of December, my tablet began to have strange operation, with the appearance of 3 ‘dots’ at the bottom of the screen without nobody will be playing (ghost touchs), which makes it impossible for your use, with the opening of windows and functions! This problem happens in Android and Windows modes.

Can you help with the solution to this problem, since the research I did, I was finding the problem in other brands and his solution, but I couldn’t find anything for this tablet. 😐

And the OTA update never worked, giving always connection error, with internet (WiFi) working properly!

There is no OTA update available from Teclast.

Updates need to be loaded using the Intel flash tool.

The 3 dots issue sounds like a hardware problem since you have it in both OS
