    Hello,

I got my Jumper EZBook Pro 3 from Gearbest 6 weeeks before. At first everything worked smoothly. But since 2 weeks my 128GB SD Card from Sandisc does not appear in the Windows explorer anymore. Windows shows the SD Card as a Sandisc device, but this is all. I cannot work with the disk anymore. It seems the card reader and the driver are both ok, but the device is not mounted anymore.

I tried it with other SD Cards, but they all were only recognized but not mounted.

Has anyone an idea how to solve this`?

Have you ran the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter in Windows 10? If it’s worked before, a recent Windows Update/change may be the culprit. If possible, I would recommend giving system restore a shot.

I also had this idea but it did not help to solve the problem. I even loaded a new SD driver, specially for Apollo Lake processor. The former driver from Intel was mentioned to be old. But this also did not help.

I made a screenshot of my device manager. The SD card appears with the exact size of the volume. Also there are 2 volumes, which I does not understand why they are there. Has anyone any idea?
