For the last four days I’ve been trying to get validated on the Chuwi forums site. I’ve messaged Emily and four or five other mods for DAYS…and no response. I’ve emailled [email protected] with no response or reply. I’ve tried two addresses and dozens of times to resend the verification email, nothing has ever happened.
I’ve sent a trouble ticket – even that hasn’t behaved like the usual system where you get a copy of the ticket sent to your email
Then I realise – *none* of the Chuwi website is secure so everything, passwords, the whole bit has been floating around as plaintext so who knows, the whole site may have simply been hacked.
I’m pretty nonplussed about the whole situation, not to mention the reason I want to get on the forums in the first place trying to get a resolution to problem with this tablet.
This is not the way to interact with your customers Chuwi….
