Slow bluetooth connection?

I’ve tried to connect several bluetooth device to my Teclast x98 pro and Samsung Galaxy S5.

With galaxy s5, everythin connects instantly, even with teclast bluetooth keyboard.

With teclast x98 pro, I have problems connecting the device quickly. Teclast bluetooth keyboard doesn’t  work even when it says ‘Paired’ in Windows 10. Other devices like bluetooth headset are hit and miss, sometimes connect quickly, sometimes have to wait for minutes,  sometimes not connect at all.

 

Any one have the same problem and any solution?

A friend purchased the X98 Pro on my recommendation (I plan to buy one soon as well), but the same problem here regarding the BT keyboard … the Teclast bluetooth keyboard doesn’t  work at all in Windows even when it says ‘Paired’.  The same keyboard pairs and works perfectly with Android on that same X98 Pro, and works perfectly with his iPhone 6 as well.   Anyone able to resolve this ?  We’re guessing its a driver problem, but which replacement driver to use ?
