Same here… ? I watched a movie last night when the jumper suddenly went to freeze. I immediately turned it off and tried turning it on again but the screen stayed black. No jumper logo… Nothing. Only the blue LED light is visibly. I tried the hard reset (open the back side, removing the battery, unplugging, holding the power button 3×14 seconds, putting everything back together) but unfortunately nothing happens 🙁
Is there any other way I can make my Jumper to start again?
Thanks guys.

I cant open bios, the screen is always black.
January 3, 2018 at 6:11 pm #76397I am aware of that, but read the description on the you tube video. If you have a blank screen, but the notebook is still running, you can follow this sequence to blindly reset the default configuration in the bios.

Seems good but what is the key to enter the bios?
Thanks for your time and help btw.January 3, 2018 at 10:51 pm #76414To enter the bios keep pressing the ESC key when power on your laptop, when you think it display the bios screen, press Right key 5 times, Down key 6 times, Enter key 2 times, Up key 6 times, Enter keys 1 time.

Didn’t work. Thank you for suggestion though. 🙂
I suspect motherboard died. Guess cheap prices mean high risks, sadly I was one of the first ones getting this problem, otherwise would have saved this not easy money. -
