Went to a library today with my jumper hoping to study a little bit , that is why i bought one in first place 😛
So I turned it on, put it on power saver mode through “Windows Mobility Center” (apparently fall creator update messes all energy plans completely on power settings) and went for a book. After I return to my table, the screen was off as I expected due to screen protection on windows 10, I touch the touchpad the screen goes on instantly full with artifacts and no response at all to any action on keyboard or touchpad after that. So I pressed the power button to force it shutdown, then I press power button again to turn my jumper on again which it did but the screen is always black.

    Things I tried:
    -External Monitor: No signal
-Unplug, remove buttery, hold power button for some seconds: Nothing changed.

Noticeable fact: Now that I try to turn it on, instead of blue light turning immediately on, it turns on for a second or two, then turns off and then turns on again after a some seconds.

Hope you guys can help me out, I really need this notebook to go study outside my little dark room.
    Thanks.

Same here… ? I watched a movie last night when the jumper suddenly went to freeze. I immediately turned it off and tried turning it on again but the screen stayed black. No jumper logo… Nothing. Only the blue LED light is visibly. I tried the hard reset (open the back side, removing the battery, unplugging, holding the power button 3×14 seconds, putting everything back together) but unfortunately nothing happens 🙁

Is there any other way I can make my Jumper to start again?

    Thanks guys.

I am aware of that, but read the description on the you tube video. If you have a blank screen, but the notebook is still running, you can follow this sequence to blindly reset the default configuration in the bios.

Seems good but what is the key to enter the bios?
Thanks for your time and help btw.

To enter the bios keep pressing the ESC key when power on your laptop, when you think it display the bios screen,  press Right key 5 times, Down key 6 times, Enter key 2 times, Up key  6 times, Enter keys 1 time.

Didn’t work. Thank you for suggestion though. 🙂
I suspect motherboard died. Guess cheap prices mean high risks, sadly I was one of the first ones getting this problem, otherwise would have saved this not easy money.
