    Hi all,

I’ve recently got a Chuwi Hi10 Tablet (Q64G42160800357 / EU store / Dual OS version). I would like to ask some question about it (I read lot of informations and tutorials, but still have some), really hope that You can and will answer me:
    – I updated all drivers and also Win10 the latest version
    – I downloaded Chrome, but has LAG/Frame drop issue during Youtube 1080P videos (I turned off the ‘Hardware speed-up’ settings, but no change). However the Edge plays it very smoothly! What do I have to adjust, to play the FullHD videos in Youtube without any lag?
    – I got a 5V-2A charger for the tablet, but it charges a little bit slow in my opinion. What kind of cable-charger do I have to buy, if I would like to charge the battery faster? Is this even possible, to charge faster?
    – I want to update my Bios, but still do not know, if it’s necessary or not! Where can I look after my current BIOS version and the latest official BIOS version? And after that, I know, that my tablet is a v400. Where can I downloaded the BIOS package for this version?
    – Right now, the tablet runs the Win10 and also Android very good (and installed basic programs), because of that I want to backup the entire system (Win10 and Android too) as a Dual OS Installer, if it’s possible of course. Could you give me some advice/link/and so on, how to do it precisely.
    – Is anybody here, who use a tablet+keyboard combo WITH a case? I’m open to advice about these kind of cases. 🙂

    That’s it, I’m done (for now  😀 ).

    Thank you very much folks!

get a usb power meter for measuring different power supplies and cables so you can find the best combination.

Hi , I had similar problems relating to laggy graphics and game play after aniversary update.

My solution was to revert to the OEM Win 10 , and everything was good again . Until they fix

the Dx9 driver in the updated Build I’m staying put.
