Someone with the Chuwi LapBook 12.3, is the M.2 slot plastic?

I’m wondering if the inside of the M.2 slot is actually white plastic, or if it’s metal. I’m asking because I want to know if we can cut out the white plastic and increase the length to fit a 2280 SSD instead of just a 2242 SSD (which are max 256GB and very expensive…). The same thing as what the poster has done for the Ezbook 3 Pro here, essentially: https://techtablets.com/forum/topic/tunning-ezb-3-pro-for-ssd-2280/

Or if someone can open up their laptop and take a picture of the INSIDE of the back plate, that would be awesome!
