Have you held down the power button for 14 seconds and then let it charge for 4 hours or overnight? Then try again?

    @chris
Is this some sort of reset?

No, what it is, is to make sure the tablet is 100% off. Sometimes tablets can look like they are off but get stuck in the shutdown process. Normally your battery will also be so dead it will not power on, so leaving it to charge again is recommended.

Unfortunately, the method described has achieved nothing.

The tabler does not turn on.

And the tablet is fully charged (green led).

    And now?

Well, the seller of AliExpress tells me to send the tablet.

What do you think? Should I trust? And on top it will cost me a pretty penny.

ask the seller, if he is okay that you get an local tablet service to take an look on it, to get an insight into what is wrong (often it some minor banal thing)

and if they conclude that its significantly the reason why it aint turning on, then ship it.

and if they can wake it up on an small tablet-service-center where you live, then ask the seller to cover some of the cost.

and yes it often cost an ridicalus amount to ship something back fra most countries in EU, here in Denmark it will cost 90US (1 to 2kg) to ship it back with the cheapest way of tracking..

you dont got an friend with these skills or know somebody with some electronic insigt into these tablets, that could give you an helping hand in Spain where you live..(Chris TTfounder, as I recall also operates from Spain, but sure huge country)

Thank you, but I have already sent the tablet to seller in China (41€). I could not find another solution.

Okay hope it goes well, and 41Euros aint that bad, but i Notice you stated that you purchase the x16 pro and instead they ship you an x2 pro.. the x16 pro with cherry-trail or? does that come in coreM version..it sounds like a good deal if the shipped you an x2 pro instead of an x16pro that i reckon is about 250US, and would be a shame if they just take x2 and deliver the original x16pro instead, but the most importen is ofcourse to just get an tablet that work.-

was the x16pro version you purchased in the same price-ballpark as x2, or just an aliseller, that where honest and decided to suit you up with an x2pro in lack of x16pro.?

    Well, I bought a X16Pro, but I received the X2 Pro.

I asked them information about it, but they do not answer me.

    allright..that was what i reckon.

but useally they will just recive it and give you your money back, and then you can buy another in there shop if you wish and often ‘ its also what people want, since it can take a lot of time this process and most systems on ebay, or paypal or aliexpress the clock of consumer-rights is running and new purchase & reset is often prefered

but was a little unsure if that was the best solution, to pay 41 euro to send it back, and get refunds according to an x16..

hopefully the seller will ship you another, x2 pro free of charge, but I doubt it, guess it he hadnt said it allready he will either money back or just ship an x16 that imo are an +250US device, in regards to the 350US x2pro ‘ an not least being down on the 41euro shipfee…

-anyway a shame it wasnt possible to rewake it, its often an hazzle to reship it back, and partically in your case where you had recived the x2 instead of an x16 pro…  :-/

the seller told me that they sent to the factory for repair.

if they tell me something about the model, I will tell the truth, which is that I received this tablet and no other, I asked them, and they did not answer me.

for me it was, and it is, a great problem, because I had bought a case and a keyboard for X16, now I have, but I can not use.

and now, I also have a X2 keyboard, and if they tell me this can not been, I reclaim.

although I admit that if they refund me 100%, I would not mind

    yeah I see ‘ quite a jam..

and sure, the seller will at least give you 100% of what you original pay. (thats the minimum, and this will aliexpress system also support you in, if you holla them)

the question is about the fee you paid to ship it back and if the seller will carry a little of that, but first and foremost it would be best to just get X2 replaced with another x2 or the one repaired.. Im not familiar how this repair process is when it comes to China and seems to vary, but i often encounter that these secondary-sellers, just refund the money and then you can purchase it again, and fair enough, but in that case its aint sure that they will ship x2, if you purchase another x16

the seller told me that they sent to the factory for repair. if they tell me something about the model, I will tell the truth, which is that I received this tablet and no other,

not sure what you meen by that..what shall they tell you about the model where it should be in your interest’ to not tell the truth??..its seems pretty basic, and is useally the best you can do, meet the seller with respect and honesty, and hope that he will meet you on same level, and not run around corners with you..thats plain integrity and goes without saying..
