SSD problems.

<span id=”result_box” class=”short_text” lang=”en”>I received my jumper ezbook 3 pro two weeks ago, and and this weekend </span>I installed a 256 Gb ZTC m.2 2242 SSD in my JUMPER EZBOOK 3 PRO, and it is not recognized in the computer (neither in Windows nor in the BIOS). The BIOS version is 5.12 at 06/11/2017. <span class=”alt-edited”>How can I do to make the pc recognize the SSD</span>? Thank you.
