Stages of creating a mobile application: from idea to release

Hi everyone, I decided to make a mobile application for my small scooter rental service. And here’s the strange thing – it was easy to come up with the idea, but then I started to get confused. Either there was something wrong with the design or the developer misunderstood it. It ended up taking a long time. I now realize that I just didn’t know how the whole process should look like. Can anyone share how it went from idea to release?
