Start tablet as soon connected to AC cable / BIOS settings?

Dear all,
How can I start / boot the tablet (Windows) as soon the tablet is conneted to the AC cable?
I think it´s in the BIOS settings, but I have not seen any option for this.
I´m using:
BIOS Amercian Megatrends, Version 2.17.1249

I need the following:

I´ve already removed Android from the tablet.

Can anybody help me, please.
