    What is better for commercial kitchens, steel wall shelves or plastic shelves? I am a new owner, so I really don’t know much of that. Please help.

    I own a business, but now a restaurant. So please ask someone else. I would never buy a restaurant, just becasue it it very hard to manage. Sorry.

    Plastic shelves for the restaurant? And then you load it with your dishes and microwaves and it wil break and fall down. All your stuff will be shattered to pieces. Do you really need that? When I needed shelves for microwave I bought the one made of metal, of course! So for all this time we haven’t had any problem with this.
