For those of you that have been having problems with your installation of MFT, I have good news.
I feel your pain as I was able to recreate your problem, which is:
MFT times out at 12-20% when you attempt to flash an image
and yoiur MFT log looks something like this:
7/17/15 12:35:06.654 INFO : Loading Flash file (C:/tmp/x98/444/ROM/flash-full_with_REPARTITION.xml)

Well, not only was I able to recreate the problem, I was also able to fix the problem !!
The fix is amazingly simple and very quick to apply..1. Extract archive to a folder on affected PC
2. Right click on 3-RunAsAdmin-ApplyCustomConfig.bat, select Run as Administrator
Batch file will apply MFT custom configuration in 2 INI files.
3. Launch MFT and flash desired ROM.July 28, 2015 at 3:45 pm #7706Thanks but just tried your bat file and still not able to get past 12%.
