Then maybe use a USB keyboard and/or USB mouse?

Loek, I tried but Windows have the USB support off by default, so you need to go to BIOS and enable it, but you can’t do that without the original keyboard connection. I’m able to get into the BIOS, but unable to navigate to any options as windows tablets has no touch enable during start ups.

This issue occurs because touch input is not available during the startup loader phase. However, the Windows resume loader menu requires input for the startup process to resume.

I found the information here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2519400

I hope I can solve this with the original keyboard. This is a big issue!

I think the original keyboard is just connected to USB internally and the keyboard probably has a 4-port USB hub build inside.(you get 2 extra USB ports, a keyboard and a mouse pad)

Also, the keyboard is optional, so I would find it very strange if you can’t use another keyboard via one of the full size USB ports.

It is however very strange that you can get into the bios, but you can navigate through the BIOS. Don’t know why :/

Maybe you can try to use the micro USB port with a OTG adapter?

Once I get into the BIOS, the USB mouse and keyboard doesn’t work. If the original keyboard is USB, that means the tablet is done as I can take it out of the windows resume loader!

I tried every trick I know but nothing works. Pray that yours don’t get to windows resume loader!

So far I can’t use the tablet! 🙁

I finally found a way to fix this. I ended using a wired USB keyboard and the HI12 IS BACK AND RUNNING WILD.

Getting stuck at the Windows Resume Loader screen with no keyboard response can be frustrating. This issue often occurs after an unexpected shutdown or power interruption. Try restarting the system, checking USB connections, or using a different port to regain control. Planning your system maintenance like a Jadwal can help prevent such problems in the future.
