Stuck on Teclast Logo

Hi,

Any ideas on how to resolve this..

When I turn on my new Teclast X98 Pro I just get the Teclast logo nothing else and then the screen goes dark and then the logo appears again etc..

I’ve tried connecting a keyboard to see if I can access the bios so I can attempt a fix but hitting escape or any of the function keys does nothing.

And I’ve tried all the combinations possible of holding down the power and volume buttons to get anything to appear to no avail..

Any other suggestions appreciated

Update,

Got it sorted by tapping on F7 key on the little keyboard that you can get to appear on the boot screen if you tap the screen when the little cursor appears in the Teclast logo.

That got me into the UEFI boot options and I was able to reinstall Windows from the WINPE USB stick I created.

So handy hint you don’t need to attach a keyboard to do that.
