Should work, if the tip works but not the eraser or right click button then the stylus is faulty.

I tried it on a cube i7 stylus and it works but on the i7 book, it doesn’t.

Is this a screen issue or a hardware issue?

Did you checked the settings of your stylus in the Wacom Settings ? Check the 2 button Stylus if it’s not checked…

Mine works as advertised and I can configure the button in the Wacom settings panel.

You can also double check if you did not get fake one? (But you mentioned it is working with your i7 stylus so…)

    The button is considered erase.

How do I make the top the eraser and the button right click?

In Wacom Pen, when I choose one button it doesn’t let me choose what the top should do.

The eraser acts like the tip and not  sure how to change it.

Hello @mshayanh13, I’m having the same problem. Did you manage to fix it?

yes, the issue was with the driver
The steps on how I fixed were this:

Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features

Uninstall Wacom Pen (if it’s there)

    Restart your computer.

    Go to Device Manager.

Under HID (Human Interfase Devices???), look for Wacom Driver, and uninstall the driver

    Restart your computer.

    Go to Device Manager

If you right click on Wacom Driver, it should ask you to restart your computer.

    Restart your computer.

Search Wacom Feel Driver and download the one below the latest driver (the latest gave me issues)
http://cdn.wacom.com/u/drivers/TabletPC/ISD_DualTouch_732-12.exe is the one I used

After installing it, restart your computer.

    Your stylus should work properly.

It didn’t work for me, but perhaps I didn’t know what you meant in

“If you right click on Wacom Driver, it should ask you to restart your computer.”
It shows me the regular options…
