Stylus works often very good but sometimes very bad

Hello,

I am from Germany and got my new X5 Pro including keyboard and stock teclast stylus pen.

The stylus sometimes works well but sometimes it works very bad (not really recognized) –

What I checked are that there is no battery problem from stylus – also when its fully charged I will get this problem.
Drivers are the latest and I already flash new SystemFirmware and update BIOS.
But still the same Problem with stylus.

You know any solution ? – Many people got this problem on youtube (also on other devices for example Chuwi,…)

The teclast pen is just a useless pointer as it does not have palm rejection, if you can just return it for a refund and use a generic plastic rubber tipped stylist.
