I have a CHUWI Hi8. I have been trying to boot from a USB. I have a USB Hub with a keyboard, mouse and flashdrive. I want to restore a Macrium Image.

No matter how many times I’ve tried, the only options available in the Boot Option Menu are:

    EFI Boot Devices

    • Windows Boot Manager (USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet Controller)
    • Android (USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet Controller)
    • Internal EFI Shell

There are only three choices. I checked bios setup and under boot options, USB Boot is enabled.

I tried restarting via Windows 10 Recovery Advanced startup. There is a EFI USB option.  Tried that option but get a black screen with the following notice:

“System doesn’t have usb boot option. Please select boot option in boot manager.”

I tried booting with a CD too, and get the same black screen.

Has anyone had similar problems and found a solution? Please help.
