Seems that changing the cable it was somehow able to reduce the decharge thing
but at 75% brightness it starts to decharge again

I found the same thing with my Hi12 while using some chargers/cables. Doing some test with battery capacity measuring and I get only around 1.2 amps while charging. It could be to low for it to run and charge at the same time. If your charger or battery is of poor quality it may be even worse.

I also have a similar problem with Belar. I hope there is someone can explain about this.

I’m afraid it will be reduce battery life span.

I’m seeing the same problem with my HiBook.  I put the tablet to sleep the other day, unplugged, at 100% battery.  Exactly 4 hours later I woke it up and it was down to 17%.  I know that’s not the same issue, but I wonder if the horrible power draw these Hampoo motherboards seem to have is causing the chargers to be barely effective?  I basically have to charge my tablet at night, fully shut off.  And then I think it takes like 6 hours to charge.  And the HiBook has a 3A charger!  But I think it doesn’t even come close to utilizing the capabilities of my chargers.  Oh yeah, I bought a 3rd party high quality charger, tested by pros, and it’s the same story.  So I think the tablets are at fault.
