10" or smaller tablet fitting my requirements

Hi!

I’m looking for a 10″ or smaller tablet that fits my requirements (in order of importance to me).

1. Screen quality (brightness, colors and resolution at least 1920×1080)
2. Build quality
3. Performance (at least Atom Z8300 and generation 8 graphics)
4. Battery life

I’m also looking for as much bang for the buck as possible. I wouldn’t find it worth doubling the money for 10% extra performance, for example. I’m currently looking at the Chuwi Hi8 Pro which looks like a lot of machine for the money.

Is there any other model I should be looking at?
