Tablet for comicbooks, drawing and multimedia

Hello everyone,

 

Right now i have an old Onda V975m running on Android. I need a bigger screen to read comicbooks ( US and european format). I also need to be able to use a sensitive pen for drawing. Other then that, i will use the tablet as a mini PC when travelling and taking photos (just need as a preview).

My first choice would be the Chuwi Hi12, except that the pen is still not recognized… Do you have other model in mind ?
