    Hi, Hard price range to work with, maybe the Teclast X98 Air III, it’s Android 5, but you’ll need to spend a little more.

    Or the Chuwi Hi8 is another option, but it’s an 8inch tablet and dual boot.

    Thanks Chris. I forward your info to her and since then we were looking at the Onda V989 on Gearbest as it is only$12 USD  more than her max price.  You have any experience with this tab? Thanks for your help.
