Not sure if this is the correct subforum to post but if it isn’t just move the topic to the right place.
So I’m looking for a tablet mainly to play PoGo and as a secondary use a multimedia device (movies, TV shows in HEVC and ideally with HDMI so I can plug it at home and watch it on my TV).
My budget is around 70-80€ and 80€ is as far as I’m going so I know I’m not getting a powerhouse in the performance department but as long as it decodes x265 (HEVC) 720p/1080p flawlessly I’m happy. 4k playback is an extra since I’m pretty sure I won’t buy a 4k TV in the next 2 years.
So as far as features go GPS is of course mandatory and HDMI is highly preferable. 3G/4G is a nice extra to have but I’m perfectly fine with using my phone to supply the internet connection for the tablet. Screen size would want to keep it in the 7/8″ size for portability
Screen resolution and RAM would ideally be 1920×1200 and 2GB but from what I’ve seen I might have to settle for 1280×800 and 1GB because of my need for GPS.
So from what I’ve gathered I’m leaning towards the Teclast P80h since it’s a cheap tablet and it has everything I need but since I haven’t found any trusted reviews around I’m a bit skeptic on screen quality and battery life (have 2 10k powerbanks so battery life isn’t a big problem for me).
Either this one or the P80 3G or 4G but I’m not sure I want to pay an extra 20 or 25€ for phone functionality. Besides these I’m open to suggestions.
Sorry for the wall of text and thanks in advance to whoever helps me 🙂
