Tablet freezes for no reason (suspension mode)

i have teclast X98 dual boot.

My device going to sleep (suspension) often while I connect to the power.

i went into the power options and set it to not sleep, but the problem still exists

Do you think that is a heating problem when charging with Windows?
or a problem with ram but only in charge with windows?

i used occt for testing and the results  were positive without problems.

With Android i have not problem.

What should I do?
