    The package came a bit crushed where the seal was located so they may have been the cause of the broken seal

    But the seal is cut so clean as if it was opened with a knife…

    I suspect the product is used..

    Should I ask for a refund?

    I heard Gearbest has notorious reputations when it comes to refund though… 🙁
