Tablet recommendation wanted: Best tablet to read digital magazines on Android

I have started yesterday to research affordable tablets. My main use case is to read digital magazines –  most likely on Android.

I don’t want to buy an iPad. First: I live in the Windows and Android ecosystem, and secondly I think the iPad Air is way too expensive.

I’m a bit stumped by what the best choice would be. Could you seasoned experts recommend the best choice for reading magazines:

My main factors are:

1. Lightweight (<500g)
2. Excellent screen (to read)
3. >9 inch screen
4. Screen form factor should be “magazine” improved (i.e. preferrably not 16:9)

My budget is up to 250 EUR including shipping / taxes.

What tablet would you go with?
