    That’s a loose ribbon cable to the screen. Pull the small clip up and then place it back in and push the tab down again. Be careful as the are so easy to break those clips. And if it’s glued down LEAVE it. Just push down on top of it and maybe add some tape over it to hold it down (Electrical tape)

    OK so I’ve opened the tablet, but I’m not sure where the clips are.

    It’s a wide white ribbon cable (Flat cable) that comes from the screen into the motherboard.
